digitize, and analyze the data and deliver it in a specified
format so that it could continue to capture ongoing information. |

The team thoroughly researched the records for better understanding the operational parameters of the mills and created a database to match the available data. With only a few years of electronic data available, the team had to compile most of the data from 17 years of typed or handwritten records. |
