Praveen founded Impetus, in India, in the year 1991, and Impetus Technologies Inc., in U.S.A., in the year 1996. Having started Impetus as a products company, he has been the driving force behind the company's focus on product design and development, providing vision and direction to the company through its evolution and growth. With over 17 years of experience in developing large distributed systems, Praveen has been involved in the conceptualization, design, and architecture of several cutting-edge software products.

He was one of the first employees of Scientific Computing Associates' Linda parallel processing product group, and has implemented the Linda kernel on several parallel architectures. While working with 3M Corporation, he designed and developed a distributed version of the Sage field service scheduler for 24x7 business critical operations. He has also co-founded a service supply chain optimization software company- Servigistics, in Atlanta.
Praveen was awarded a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Michigan State University and holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from S.G.S.I.T.S., India. |

Jerry is a seasoned executive in the software
and technology area. His General Manager and CEO level experiences
at Checkmate Electronics, IBM and Apple Computer served to position
him as a leader in the systems, software and systems integration
service marketing arena. Later in Jerry's career he served on
various public boards that have successfully developed a "best
of breed" profile in the software and implementation services
area. He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in
business at Wayne State University and University of Michigan
respectively. |

Yajuvender has a decade long experience primarily
into the US financial services domain. He has been involved as
in-charge for successful implementations in many offshore initiatives.
He has also been responsible for successful client delivery in
many processes and kicked off few offshore product development
processes relating to Mutual Funds, Variable Annuities, 529 Plans,
and Mortgage-backed Securities. At Proxel, Yajuvender has developed
the Financial Data Services group, adding high-end financial
research and financial data-oriented products and services into
its portfolio. |
